About me
My name is Javier Andrade and I live in Florida. I did not come from finance.
Where I come from
I have been trading the markets for more than fifteen years, but that is not where I started. I started working in construction very young. Over the years I earned two Florida licences: general contractor and plumbing contractor. That means estimates that add up or do not, deadlines you meet or you do not, and jobs where the person who gets it wrong pays for it themselves. That is where I learned to work with a method, long before I knew what a chart was.
How I got to the markets
I came to the markets more than fifteen years ago and, like almost everyone, I started by trying everything: indicators, systems, strategies that worked for a month and stopped working the next. I learned most of it the hard way, by losing. I do not tell you that as an anecdote. I tell you because it is the part almost nobody teaches, and it is exactly what you are going to go through.
Why I only teach one thing
Over time I was left with a single approach: market structure. Not because it is magic, but because it was the only thing that kept working when the market changed, or the asset changed, or the year changed. It is the same chart everyone else is looking at, read differently, and it works the same in stocks, futures, forex or crypto. That is what I teach, and nothing else. I would rather you leave knowing how to do one thing properly than having skimmed twenty.
How I teach
I teach the classes myself, live, with a maximum of four students per session, because with more than that you cannot get to everyone inside the same hour. We start from zero: I assume nothing. And I say from day one what I think needs saying — this is hard, it takes time, and anyone promising you otherwise is selling you something.
What I do not do
I do not give signals. I do not manage anyone's money. I am not going to tell you where, when or how to put your money, and I am not going to show you accounts or results to convince you. What I do is teach you to read the chart so that you decide. If what you want is somebody to decide for you, I am not the right person.
About the licences
My contractor licences are in construction, not finance. They do not qualify me as an investment adviser and are not meant to. I mention them because they are public and checkable on the State of Florida register, and because they say something about how I work. Nothing more.
