This document is a working skeleton. Each section marks a business decision you have to make and wording a lawyer has to write. Do not publish it as it is.

Who operates this website

Javier Andrade, a sole trader based in Florida, United States, operating under the name El Trader Inteligente. He is the person you are contracting with; there is no company standing between you and him. You can reach him using the form on the contact page.

What is being sold

A live mentorship in a small group. It is not a recorded course and not a platform of lessons to work through whenever you like.

Each month includes eight live sessions by video call, with a maximum of four students per group, plus recordings of those sessions and access to the private channel for questions between sessions. Times are agreed between the people in the group and are set in US Eastern Time.

No trading signals are sold, no trading is carried out on anyone’s behalf, and no system or indicator promising results is supplied.

How you are charged

The price is charged monthly and recurring, renewing automatically each month until the student cancels. Payment is taken through Stripe using a personal link sent after we talk. Nothing is charged on this website and no card details are entered here at any point.

Every charge produces a receipt by email. That receipt contains a link the student can use to cancel the subscription themselves at any time, without asking permission or emailing anyone. The current month is the last one charged; there are no further charges after that.

There is no minimum term and no cancellation penalty.

Refund policy

There are no refunds for a month already begun. The sessions are delivered live, the place in the group is taken, and it cannot be reassigned mid-month.

What does exist is the ability to stop at any time, which is what makes a money-back guarantee unnecessary: nobody is required to pay in advance for a period they have not used.

If you cancel before the first session of a group you have joined, that payment is returned in full.

This is aimed at readers in the United States and Latin America. If you are resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law there gives you fourteen days to withdraw from a service bought at a distance, and that is honoured: you would be charged only for the sessions already delivered. Because billing is monthly rather than up front, that is at most one month either way.

Recording of the sessions

Every live session is recorded and shared afterwards with the students who were in it, so they can go back over it.

Florida law requires everyone taking part in a recorded conversation to agree to it. Your agreement is therefore asked for in writing on the application form, before you ever join a session. You are told again at the start of each one, and Zoom displays its own recording indicator throughout. If you would rather not be recorded, say so on the application and we will talk about it.

Recordings are shared only with your own group. They are never sold, never used in advertising, and never shown to another group.

Intellectual property

The course material, the recordings and everything published on this site belong to Javier Andrade. Buying a place in the mentorship gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that material to learn from. It does not transfer ownership of any of it.

That licence does not allow you to resell it, publish it, share it outside your group, upload it anywhere, or make your own recording of a session. Access is yours and is not to be passed to anyone else.

None of this is meant to stop you using what you learn. Market structure is not anyone’s property: trade with it, teach it to a friend, build on it. What is protected is the material itself, not the ideas in it.

The service is educational

What is sold is training. No trading signals are sold, no third-party capital is managed, and no investment advice is given. No product on this website promises or guarantees a financial result.

The price you pay is exactly the same as going to Amazon yourself. Every one of them is marked as an affiliate link where it appears, so you never have to take this page’s word for it.

The commission does not decide what goes on that list. The books were chosen and written up before there was any Amazon account, and none has been added since. Where a book is hard going or a poor place to start, the note beside it says so instead of selling it to you.

Amazon sells and ships those books. This website is not part of the transaction: returns, shipping and customer service are between you and Amazon.
